Larry, you seem to be retracing some opinions put forth by Javelyn in Sept. 98. The point you both have missed is that the insider buying was never meant to be an attempt to own the company outright. There is ample incentive to succeed. Some are intangible, some are blatant, such as the lawsuit. Lev is already rich, but working like a horse to make the "impossible" happen. Don't you get it? Given a situation in which the Company is constrained to communicate anything of an optimistic nature through public channels, management has taken to the use of smoke signals. The insider buying is the equivalent of "white smoke". Oh, I know, you and dcktx have a carpet bag full of one-liners and I can hear the 'blowing smoke", etc. Have fun, but Valence is closer than you know.
