...Part X...the end for this weekend... Genesis Media Group, Inc. Enters into Advertising Agreement PR Newswire - April 29, 1999 11:11 LOS GATOS, Calif., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- There has been a lot of excitement surrounding Erogenex and its results, as it seems to be a safe alternative for those (both men and women) who suffer from "sexual dissatisfaction." Now it seems Erogen has even more cause for excitement. Although at this time Erogen will not disclose which company, a spokesperson has revealed that a very substantial distribution contract has just been signed with a large organization in Europe. The company has also entered into an Advertising Contract with a California corporation, Genesis Media Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GNNX). Genesis is an entertainment advertising company, with full service editing and production services. Genesis will provide various types of advertising and marketing avenues for the company, including but not limited to, commercial / info-mercial marketing videos. Although Erogen, Inc. has not yet formally begun the marketing of its formulas, there are very few people who have not yet heard of Erogenex or Ex22 as it is also known. Erogenex is a non-prescription product that improves sexual performance and increases libido. There are two Erogenex Formulas, one for men, and one formulated specifically for women. Due to the fact that Erogenex is non-prescription and seems to have no negative side effects, Erogen has been able to tap into a large segment of the market dominated mainly by Pfizer. Erogen, Inc. is not the only company trying to tap into this substantial market. Zonagen, Icos Corp., Tap Holdings, and Bio Technology General are all working on rival treatments and Pentech Pharmaceuticals of Wheeling III has a drug in late-stage testing. Vivus, Inc. has a topical treatment called Muse, Macrochem Corp. also has a topical, while Indianapolis-based Eli-Lilley, and New York based Bristol Myers Squibb Co., are both looking to make drugs from scratch through partnerships, or from drugs now slated for other uses. All of these companies' products are prescription only. One of the things that stand out about the Erogenex formulas is that they are available over the counter without a prescription. Another thing that stands out with Erogenex, is the formula specifically for women. A recent Wall Street Journal article mentions Erogen, Inc. as one of the only companies with a formula for women. There has been a lot of things said about the product Erogenex on this site the past few days. I received a call from Tom Brown questioning who I am vs who Ergoen Inc. is. I am the President of Erogenex Corporation, a Nevada corporation. We own the site: erogenex.com. Stephanie Adams (known to us as Kerry Worgan) was at one time a part of this company. I can assure you that, although, Kerry Worgan applied for a trademark for the name Erogenex in November of 1998, after she left the Erogenex Corporation, the agreement between the owner of the formula and manufacturer was terminated in November 1998. I would suggest the "SI" temper his comments when he states that " Art Bond is a fraud and not Erogen". It appears that he only wants to hear one side of the story. I can and will, if necessary, provide whatever documentation is required to substantiate the facts I relied to Tom Brown. I have created a new company known as the Westport Group, Inc. and it has the rights a sexual enhancement product that we call Allurex. Details about this company and product can be found at: allurex.com. This website is being completely re-designed and will be uploaded before the end of next week. If you check it out, you will also find our newest product, the "Allurex Wafer". I hope that this message will help clear up so of the discussion surrounding Erogenex.
