The place to start is by calling the transfer agent. CLRI is a stock I am accumulating a position in presently. You and other readers of the thread might want to check it out. CLRI has attracted a tremendous management team and more for an OTC BB stock. Check out this information I lifted from a post on that thread: Message 9273290 One of the intriguing things about CLRI is their depth of management in a BB stock, with former top people from Motorola, Metromedia,etc. Also, they are a fully reporting company with the following firms involved. 1.ING Barings, Furman,Selz LLC Investment Bankers and Advisors 2. PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditors 3. Morgan Walke Associates,Inc Investor Relations 4.Swidler,Berlin,Shereff,Friedman LLP Securities and telecommunication Counsel As telecommunications today is a hot area, if these guys are successful in their business plan we may look back and be glad we found it at a early stage.
