I think that if I was running (reference deleted), I would be re-assigning the decision maker responsible for this fiasco, to perhaps counting words of all news releases.

Once counted they would have to place them in various categories..... hype, BS, fraudulent, or just plain stupid. Once placed, they would be required to do a daily submission to the SEC, outlining the justification for the dissemination of such news.

On the other hand, they may be promoted. BWDIK.
