i along with you see no reason to try and predict the future for news on IDTC we all have very good reason to believe it is there so it is only a matter of waiting till they release it then we will stop this sideways trading

Everybody is expecting some major news coming out from IDTC. So far nothing has really come out in the last three weeks. Could it be that IDTC simply could not close the deals? Or is it likely that the management is doing this deliberately for some strategic reasons? I still don't see why the consent offer has to be extended for 1 week. Seems to me that they are just trying to buy more time. In any case, if Softbank does invest in IDTC, the stock would for sure go up. If not, it could be a different story, at least in the short term.
Would appreciate comments on the quietness from IDTC. Is this a good sign or bad sign?
