KMT,

I will not defend Dave DiRicco and I suggest he should respond to your post to help clear things up. I will share what he has told me in the past (and I agree with him). It is his opinion that eventually some MDIN shareholders (everyday shareholders) would take some of their profits and put some of it into NPEC. He did not say this in a negative way but saw it as a natural response to MDIN's rise and.

It is only logical that some might especially after the Medinah Gold dividend is given out. I know I sold a small percentage of my MDIN and bought more NPEC recently.

NPEC has and will have preferred shares in Medinah and Medinah Gold. NPEC is only getting better as a leverage play off of MDIN. At NPEC's low price, it will not take a lot of new invested dollars to jump. If we start to see all of the press releases, NPEC has been sitting on, we will also see a lot of new investors come in. On a percentage basis, NPEC really looks promising in my opinion.

Dave in Ontario sees this as a conspiracy. I see it as a common sense play. He is also premature on his comments on NPEC's telecom/internet companies. Let's hear what the company has to announce.

I am looking forward to a fun few weeks with MDIN and eventually some more fun with NPEC.

Ken

KMT: If MDIN is called a Scam by someone you would think it's time to clear the air......

So do you think it's time for me to give into this advice that is rumored and sell so I can buy up the shares of these fine folks who must wish to sell there NPEC stock.

You know a long time back it was best to act on any news from IR. has that time now past??? I'm now lost as to what I should do follow the recomindation in your post by the IR. or just sit back and wait to see what happens.... Who runs this Nightflying School of bat's freed from there minds??? have a guess??? or two, for me anyway?
