Bruce, you hit the nail on the head. Whatever Navarre does in the short term, this S1-A released Friday is better than not having it out. And that's the bottom line.

That's for sure ...

I'd much rather be fretting about how much we are moving up, and when to sell (at what levels), as opposed to be still waiting for the IPO announcement.

It definitely made my weekend.
