Wogger: What is your take on the law suit? How can GNET be held liable for postings that allegedly where posted by someone else?

Wogger, Please state your position on GNET, are you short? Also why do you feel a need to repeat a post? Are you part of this law suit? The reason I ask is this reads as a press release, VERY one sided. Also if you know the lawyer tell him is getting very close to having some of his own problems when speaks about what others think when they post. How does he read people's minds? Also when he board brushes SI and that chats are used for hack jobs, he better think about how many people he is talking about with his generalizations. Plus tell him he sounds like an uniformed moron, there are no "chats" on SI so I guess his suit is wrong or he REALLY doesn't know enough to use the right terms. If he is talking about chats, that's not SI.
