"Got this in drums?" BTW, congrats. I think it probably is true that after two glasses you might as well unscrew the five leeter bottle. Darnit. If it weren't, now that would be a problem. You just have to use good stuff to prime the motor. Get it started. Fill the siphon. Or cringe. Squint and bear it. Get over it. In a few minutes you will. Good wine is an encouragement to drink more. To use it casually, for non-essential purposes. Could become habit-forming. If it's essential, it's not really a habit. Is it. (I should work for Phillip Morris.)
