"Staying long", I always thought, meant "staying long".

Do yourself a favor: cough up the bucks and visit the facility. Jean Claude did it without an introduction to Lev. You might learn something.

Larry, Mooter had a great suggestion for you.
If you visit the plant, you should be able to see for yourself that they are making batteries and you wouldn't have to rely on the attorney disclaimers in old SEC documents. We have become tired of hearing about them anyway.

The way I see it, plant visitors have you outvoted 2-1 on the matter. You insist Valence has no batteries. Mooter and Jean Claude have seen it with their own eyes. IMO since you didn't attend the shareholders meeting or visit the plant, their experience cancels your vote and I would count 2-0.
