Bruce,

The cartilage research is already in the ATIS-S&N joint venture fold. Any good news regarding cartilage should be good news for both. The question would only involve strategic alliances for other areas of research, such as gene therapy and cardiovascular applications, areas not typically part of S&N's treatment approach. My guess is that anything related to wound healing or orthopaedics that ATIS is working on, S&N will want to be involved with, assuming all looks good.

Meanwhile, this week should be entertaining, if nothing else.

Take care,

Marshall

Bruce,

Guess we'll have to keep our eyes opened tomorrow, but today's trading closed like this:

quote.yahoo.com

Otherwise, tomorrow includes the Orthopaedic Research Society meeting and, on a lesser note, an update on the ATIS website.

Also, a rumor had it that ATIS would be getting a segment on 20-20, but according to a message left for me today regarding this question, the only mention was what appeared on the analagous television show recently in Chile.

Otherwise, today's trading looked pretty solid. After the release today telling of the lawsuit being dropped, the reaction was typical of a market saying "was this the big news that the buildup was for?" and sold off. However, the selloff wasn't too bad, and support jumped in at 4 11/16-4 3/4, gradually working its way back to just under 5 at day's close. There were a few big trades in there today, too, including blocks of 25,000, 15,000, etc. Looks like people are awaiting the real reason for the recent runup, so we shall see if anything shows up tomorrow.

Hope humpday is a good one for all.

Marshall
