OTCBB shorting is considerably riskier..much more liable to be manipulated by crims or squeezed. Be sure you have plenty of margin. As far as availability of ZSUN, I've been trying for a couple of days with two different brokers to get shares, no luck so far. Your broker may or may not have some. Over on A@P's thread, some have obtained shares from overseas brokers.
