I cannot comment on that because I havent talked with Dave Dirrico in over 2 years, but answering your question do you REALLY think he would say something negative about MDIN openly over the telephone?

And say it to someone (like yourself) he probably doesnt know or know well?

He might just be in a precarious position.....

Regarding enhancing NPEC's value. I believe it has been pointed out quite sufficiently that it is MDIN's value that will be REALLY enhanced. NPEC will not share the same levels of enhancement in my general opinion.

Hi Don,

I am responding to your post about Dave DeRicco on this thread and Kevin's post on NPEC.

I will not defend Dave DiRicco and I suggest he should respond to KMT's post to help clear things up. I will share what he has told me in the past (and I agree with him). It is his opinion that eventually some MDIN shareholders (everyday shareholders) would take some of their profits and put some of it into NPEC. He did not say this in a negative way but saw it as a natural response to MDIN's rise and.

It is only logical that some might especially after the Medinah Gold dividend is given out. I know I sold a small percentage of my MDIN and bought more NPEC recently.

NPEC has and will have preferred shares in Medinah and Medinah Gold. NPEC is only getting better as a leverage play off of MDIN. At NPEC's low price, it will not take a lot of new invested dollars to jump. If we start to see all of the press releases, NPEC has been sitting on, we will also see a lot of new investors come in. On a percentage basis, NPEC really looks promising in my opinion.

Dave in Ontario sees this as a conspiracy. I see it as a common sense play. He is also premature on his comments on NPEC's telecom/internet companies. Let's hear what the company has to announce.

I am looking forward to a fun few weeks with MDIN and eventually some more fun with NPEC.

Ken
