Hi Jane, He cannot. It is the same document Frank (Bully) has faxed (for years) to everyone he can to convince people not to trust some in MDIN's management. Bully's on-going campaign to get even. I guess Dave must have a crush on Bully. If Dave or Bully would ever come out and say what is on their mind instead of "sharing" this old information, they would probably be hit with a law suit of their own. I am sure MDIN management will have their hands full with good things this week but when it is all said and done, I would love for them to file a second defamation law suit. Dave in Ontario, Bully, and the others are cowards. Just my opinion of course. Ken

JJJ - don't be so lazy. Have a great week everyone :) I've given all the contact info you need for this court document. It's all there in black and white. Get a copy from the good folks at the Court Registry. I'm not going to get into a back and forth with a "he said, she said" thing. Go to the source material. The document relates to your 'boy'.
