<<Remember appearances can, at times, be very deceiving.>>

Mohan: I totally agree. DELL has A LOT of exciting things going on BEHIND THE SCENES. They are a company that has proven that they can re-invent themself and are clearly commited to constant and never ending improvement. I can say this about very few technology companies. When some naive folks speak of DELL they often classify them as a PC firm and start talking about commodity prices and a new era of computing. They clearly don't understand the power, efficiency and focus behind DELL's virtual integration model. IMHO, DELL will help create this "new era of computing." After all they have the highest customer loyalty among the global Fortune 1000 companies. DELL will collaborate with many stakeholders to create new more efficient (desktop, laptop, handheld, mobile, server, and storage) solutions for this new era we may be moving into. I would look to DELL for leadership and vision as we see the high tech world evolve.

I'm holding my DELL shares and sleeping well at night.

Best Regards,

Scott
