Disregard my last. This was just received on RB correcting the information. ============= BEAF-EATER, Steven Dong no longer works for GRPV.The Company entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Dong from June 30,1998 thru June 30,1999, but the agreement was terminated (as was his option to purchase 800,000 shares @ .50, thank goodness) and he left on Jan. 8,1999. This is a very good thing since Steven Dong is a "NONA" leftover. I believe Mr. Monterosso does not want to be associated with anyone or thing from "NuOasis Resorts" formerly NONA. On Nov. 10,1998, GRPV filed legal action against NuOasis Resorts. All this was in the 10K. As for who is the CFO, I don't know. Best Regards, MGO ==== First post was outdated info. Kevin
