Janice Shell may end up in jail, as she is being sued by BusinessWire for an apparent attempt to scam the public via illegal usage of BusinessWire.

Sorry, Dave: this is a civil suit. And just a heads up: I haven't even been served yet.

Another example of your superb DD.

Hey, I'm told you're hyping up a storm over at MRPS. Maybe I'll find the time to pay a visit.

>>>Janice Shell may end up in jail<<

How do you figure that? There is no chance of that. It is a civil case. In my opinion she has a much better chance of coming out of this with a pocket full of money than someone does by listening to you (if you are still working the same scheme like you were last summer when you wrote that completely false essay on people that exposed you.)

>>>I am not a vengeful person<<< ROFLMAO

Dave,

I disagree with you. I think B/W went overboard--in fact, are over board. Don't let bias sway your appreciation of this case, as it may land you in the middle of it. You would really be surprised at the connections that The educated internet community have. Janice Shell and company are in the right, and are entitled to damages. My advice to you is to watch what you say, and to count to 100 before you hit that submit button. Just a word to the wise...
