That's a bullshit response Larry, in reference to products. You've been harassing and haranguing for too long to try and simplify your explanation of a truly malicious agenda!

Larry, perhaps we should ask a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and MBA with considerable corporate finance and investing experience how relevant an old attorney disclaimer is, and whether is deserves to even be mentioned again in view of his recent plant visit.

This CFA had done considerable research on both Valence and Netegrity and stated his belief that Valence has much more upside potential. He is pleased that Netegrity made its move first, and sold much of his approximately 250,000 $2-$3 shares in the teens. Robertson Stevens has since recommended NETE and it has gone as high as $20.

Your fellow naysayer Wexler stated that he doubted Mooter's net worth was over $5000. If you multiply 200,000 shares x $15 you can see your fellow naysayer was far off the mark. You have been arguing that Valence has "no products for sale" as stated in an old attorney disclaimer that was added to an SEC document as standard procedure to remove any possibility for a nuisance lawsuit, as the purpose of the SEC documents was not to provide a progress report.

When you keep reminding everyone that Mooter and I have been wrong on our timing, I believe you should look at Netegrity as an example. When I heard about it, it was in the 2's and 3's and seemed to stay there forever. I became impatient and sold mine just over $3 for a small profit.

It fell back to the high 2's and I patted myself on the back (I didn't boast about it or argue with its investors on its thread to try to get the price down to buy back in) as you have when you told us how successful you have been in trading Valence. All I can say is, I wish I had stayed long and still owned it now that it is over 5x the price where I sold it.

Mooter was right about NETE. He has stated that he believes Valence has more upside potential. He just posted that he has returned from visiting the Ireland plant last week. It is obvious he had done vastly more research beyond reading SEC filings and has more credentials than you or I.

Your fellow naysayer was far off the mark by estimating Mooter's net worth at less than $5000. It would seem you are equally far off the mark if your research and basis for argument are limited to SEC filings and you treat Mooter's opinions as irrelevant.
