Well that's it. We've hit our third subscriber and that was what the underwriters told us would be key to going public. So call your broker now and try to reserve some stock in PhD corportation. (Pendergast, herscel and Droogies). The plan is to bill ourselves as as an internet content company. We figure the stock will come public around 15 and close the first day around up 40, after hitting an interday high of 63 3/4. We then plan to make a tender for ASPT using our stock as currency. We can then hold ourselves out as an integrated high tech enabler of bleeding age content. At some point in the future, once the merger is complete, we plan to do a convertible preferred offering even though people will start shorting our stock before the offering is registered. We will then buy a significant number of shares at the new price established by the short sellers. If that all works, we plan to go on to Fame & Fortune, a interprenurial (new term just coined) and bring in a whole new management team to get our stock value back up.
NB: "Fame & Fortune" and "You Make the Click" are trademarks of the PhD Corporation and if you use it, we'll see you in court!
