The first is AMAT's reporting of earnings.(l8th) The second is the monthly reporting of the BTB (20th) The third is options expiration. (21st)" You may want to toss in the FRB meeting on the 18th as well and you may want to put that one at the top of the list.

Jerome, Re:and a positive BTB over 1.35 will be worth another two. You didn't mention in which direction:-) Last months BTB of 1.3 was obviated by the fear that DRAM price erosion will mean the end of the equipment industry, and we saw a significant selloff in the sector beacuse of it. From one gorilla company to another I think it is important. Ok. I'll predict AMAT and CSCO. CSCO 122 and a stock split announcement. AMAT.com in an amazing recovery will do 72. As Justa might say...I picked the wrong month to quit sniffin' glue. I'll try to sneak in and buy some more before she blows up. Jeff
