Reminder for those trading on-line with Waterhouse. You cannot place a limit sell price greater than 20% the current value of a stock UNLESS you pay $35-40 on the phone for a broker to put one through for you. So if you are new to this game... keep a sharp eye out as this can really sail up and down and up before the IPO. I hope it sails an ocean! Ship ahoy mates! Regards... Patherzen

Food for thought from Yahoo...

By Ghost...

ABOUT MM's
Remember, the mm's are allowed to manipulate a stock, during the IPO on NASDAQ with the objective of sustaining a price range - perfectly legal. To keep the action moving up, it will important for all long's who wish to participate, to NOT sell at the BID. Only sell at the ASK or somewhat higher. Beat the mm's.

On the way up, mm's will want your shares. Don't panic and sell low when they drop the price. Many people will and their shares will be gobbled up - for resale later at a higher price. Steel your nerves. NAVR will drop before the IPO - not due to bad news, just profit taking on the expectation that part of its rise was due to something that will be leaving...NetRadio.

But will it drop a lot - I don't think so and it won't stay down. It will vbe lighter than air after the NETR burden is lifted. A 50% cash stream will flow back to NAVR after the IPO.

I believe the market accordance will be kind and sweet for Navarre after the IPO. The VVTV roadshow may gain an analyst favorable rating for VVTV and they are probably including their benefitial ownership investment in NetRadio valued at $70MIL by the Star Tribune.

I've seen the many posts about pricing and agree with some of it. Pump&Dump has challenged this board with some thoughtful points. If I have time later, I might add 2 cents more on pricing speculation. A special thanks to CharmHer for posting the S1 and other details.

Wow, I do go on... Have a good evening and hope we all have a good week. To nice Shorter's don't panic, there will be profit taking times giving you opportunities to cover in the next week.

Go EVEREN IPO****************GO NAVR GO NETR*********************
