The company did not say they did not want Marty on the board, they only said that their SEC attorneys would not allow Marty to post on the thread anymore. They have already made that company policy with employees. I don't see how you can interpret this as not wanting Marty on the board. But, everyone has there own perception of things. Hey do you know who Swordsman is?

In my estimation the request for the addition of Marty to the Board was not done properly. It needed to be done as one concerted effort and the voting shares needed to be much greater to make the point.

Therefore I have been working today and have possibly gathered as many additional shares as I took over on Thursday. I have some more contacts to make next week to see if I can get as many share votes as I think there may be available and then call for the commitments of those here to again respond.

The way the votes went in last time, there was no way to know from the petitioning side where we stood. We didn't know what TSIG had received on their own and don't know if they were taken seriously.

This time it will be different. If there is a way to get it done, Martin Frankel will get to the Board.

Please do not send me anything yet. Wait until I have made some contacts and request your involvement. This is not for primary discussion on the thread as it is a matter not important to the DD of the stock. Let this matter be handled in the channels for now. You will know if there is any additional support needed as I will directly ask for it.

If you read my report this morning, it stated Marty would NOT be allowed to post. If there happened to be some slip, even in reference that could change a prior post, the SEC could construe some insider leakage even if it was false or unintentional. They don't want any possibility of even answering quuestions. It is not fun.

The share issue is up to Gordon. I think he considers it a safety valve. I know most of you don't. Your wishes are known. I feel doing one thing at a time is the way to go. I selected Marty as his voice on the board would allow additional weight to the other matters.

Lets concentrate on the coming announcements and the impact they will have on the future development of TSIG. Look at the position of the company and concentrate on it's development. We are getting very close. It is time to unify once again.
