EDnet Signs Agreement With Concentric Network to Resell DSL and T1
Internet Services Under Private Label
SAN FRANCISCO, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- EDnet, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
DNET - news) announced today that after extensive review and testing of many potential networking partners, it has signed a value added reseller agreement with Concentric Network Corp. (Nasdaq: CNCX - news) a rising leader in value added IP network services. This service will be provided by a newly created division that EDnet will call dt&t (data transport and teleconnect), which will receive full 24x7 operations support from Concentric. The dt&t network will provide wide area, wide bandwidth connections, via DSL, frame relay T-1 and ISDN. The network will specifically service the deployment of ClipMail(TM)Pro MPEG2 video systems. product, designed to send audio and video throughout the world via I/P

production In addition to efficiently transporting video and audio media, dt&t will provide high speed Internet connectivity, e-mail and hosting services.
