J.....I got it from their news release....you and everyone can read it for yourselves. At least that was my interpretation of it, based on the things I learned from being involved with DGIV for so long.

Jane and Moosie can back me up on this. OF COURSE, I'm going to be thinking thousands of customers! That's what the changes made recently in California have opened up for all of the smaller ISP's or Long Distance Providers or whatever you want to call them.

If I'm wrong and have jumped to premature conclusions, then I apologize, but I just don't see any other scenario....so...at this point....I think I'm right!

Moonglow, What is this part of that news saying to you?

Go to the web site for METROPLUS and read what they do now..

Also if you can see what they are doing now with LONGDISTANCE CALLING.

You should see that there is not a change to do it with what is said IMO.... So what is changing in this new network???? The words only..?.. You see I'm trying to find out what is diffrent than the product that is offered from there sight and I can't find any... So please tell me how this will affect thousands and thousands of people?

Copy from past news info.....

>>> aggressively developing its Internet Telephony IP Gateway that will allow the Company to route calls over the internet at a substantial savings.

Customers using the MetroPLUS network will be able to pay one flat rate for unlimited
long-distance calling between points on the system. Initially, MetroPLUS will be starting in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.<<
