Phil, if it happens, a private MGR, then to me it would make me smile to bring back MGR thru an IPO and continue it on this thread. If it happens, then I will see to it that your initial investment is not a bad memory. You would just have to accept an equal number of shares in the new MGR. Also, I would make sure BearCatBob receives a good number of shares, with a restriction of must keep 3 years so that he will only post a glass half full view of MGR. Doug
