I don't think they'll tighten this time but may change the bias toward tightening from the current neutral stance. It depends on the data, PPI, CPI, Jobs report this Friday, we will be getting this week and next.

As far as employment, in the 12 weeks from Jan. 1, the weekly claims have decreased in all weeks except 2 in March and 1 in Feb. so the 4.2% unemployment rate looks sustainable depending on BLS seasonal adjustments.<g> Other numbers recently released show a strong and strengthening economy so the Fed will probably have to pay attention.
