If fleck is running money for bill, he can't talk about it as a contractual requirement and professional courtesy. I didn't insult him and he answered my questions without having to say very much. This market is like an art gallery. In years past, people went to look at the pictures in the frames. Now the art is in the furniture, the frames, the vases, the buildings...pictures are sometimes put in the frames as symbols but the art gallery can exist nicely without the pictures as long as the frames are there. The people who go and look for pictures may go away disappointed.
