Good question! Perhaps as announced in the amended S1a, with new strategic alliances being formed with the likes of AT&T, NAVR will need $$$ to continue to expand their horizons. As with most businesses, the need to raise cash to invest back in to expansion is always a possibility but one that hopefully generates greater earnings to shareholders in the long run. Whether they sell shares of NETR or not... one must buy "management" and have faith that they will make successful decisions for a successful future. I also happened upon an interesting statement from an AOL poster on S1a amended filings. I would like to share it with you..... Regards... Patherzen

S1A is a response to the SEC after the original filing of the S1. Sometimes the SEC asks for clarifications of points made in the S1 or the parent company chooses to add, detract or amend something that was stated in the S1. Pricing of the IPO is included in an amended S1 as well as the number of registered shares to be sold. There also can be more than one amended S1 if issues have to be clarified to the SEC. That being
said, it looks like full speed ahead for the NAVR express.
