IMO the first Music Label to commit:

Someone just called this to my attention.

This week Ed Bleier, Time Warner president of pay-TV, cable and
network
features, was named to RealNetwork's board. IMO this is a tip off to
Monday's
announcement. I look for TW to now align or partner itself with RNWK
and also
Lucent. This may be the first of the Music Labels to partner up with
companies
with a specific format and transmission protocol.

The other music labels may not be much further from doing the same.
Like TimeWarner, I don't expect MP3, Microsoft, or A2B, to be their
first choice.

For me, that's an important piece of the puzzle.
