So, basically they're getting their feed from S&P Comstock. The 'yes, but' part of the message doesn't sound very convincing.

Where does S&P get their feed from? Directly from NASDAQ? How does NASDAQ collect it? Does anyone know of any sites that explain how
exactly NASDAQ works? Something that gets into the details of the routes used, and the technology involved?

BTW, here is a nice collection of data suppliers (not sure if it's not a bit out of date by now):

I've been using QCharts for about two months. Their service is dependable and pretty fast. Data is very clean; they filter out bad ticks. I tried DTNIQ and dumped them for StockEdge Online. Then, I dumped StockEdge Online for QCharts. QCharts isn't as fancy as other charting tools, but the basics are there (stoch, macd, boliger, volume, trend lines, Fibo lines, etc.). The user interface is the best that I've seen.

Also, they have developer's tool kit that give a developer easy access to their real-time data. I'm developing my own screening application using the tool kit. So far, I've tested it by screening with 125 stocks simultaneously for real-time price and volume changes.

Regards,

Dan.
