Winspear has never Said Anything about the Small Mill so I have no Idea if in fact they did get one.It would sure help in the cost saving but then some guys would post the S***** Word cause it never went to a reputable lab for sampling.
So its most likely better for now the samples are sent out.

I think that there was probably talk about a small mill, but I would bet that it never made it in or we would have heard about it at the meeting.
I agree with teevee that consistent CF results from all over along with the bulk sample should be sufficient for a feasibility study and financing.
I also appreciate that some folks would want more proof. I would bet that the same discussion has taken place elsewhere and that is why there was talk of 3 discreet and separate sample sites-and probably the small mill when it became apparent that 3 separate sites was not going to happen in a very short time frame. Plan "B"
At this point I think that they will see how the sample and the CF results turn out. Increase in diamond prices and increase in tonnage with wide intersections gives some leeway.
