Just war theory: retaliation must be proportionate, have a reasonable chance of success, and do everything possible to spare civilians. Bombing until they cry uncle may have a "reasonable chance of success", but it fails the other two tests...

People will never get along. But when a government
takes it as far as Milosevic has, someone with power
to do something about it should step in. So NATO
has. If NATO and the US are "bullies", I'm glad
I'm on their side.

I believe in reason and logic. And the use of force
to get the point across.

Tell me. What caused this whole mess anyway?
What was going on that was so bad that NATO decided
they should send bombs into a country?

Intelligence must have told them their was something
wrong going on over there.
