Mark thanks for the link even though the filing could be construed as negative my first reaction was "what a disclaimer" in this day and age it seems law suits are abundant! As for Portico the service itself I have enjoyed but the partnerships and the deployment are critical and this is stressed! It has to be written this way, agreed? in any case this past week is a sign that we are moving forward the direction is the million dollar question. Nice to see your posting again! Rob
