IS, regarding OCOMC, the stock was demoted to the Small Cap market, and it will be delisted entirely if the secondary fails.

This is just another reason that things will go very bad for the stock if the secondary isn't successful.

OTOH, if the secondary is successful, the co. will stay alive a while longer, but there will be lots of dilution.

BTW, I wonder how often a D stock loses its D prematurely, due to acquiring a C?

In fact, I don't remember what circumstances usually lead to a C.
