And you were dead wrong about death spirals, drop dead dates, running out of cash. In spite of the SEC documents.

You've been consistently wrong in interpreting Valences outlook.

Why have you not talked with other investors, attended the shareholder meeting, or visited the plant in NI. Your credibility is nil compared to the other posters who've actually done their homework.

You are so damn lazy with your DD it's amazing! Especially with your hundreds of repetitive posts!

Larry,

Don't want to get into a pissing contest with you, but I think if you review my posts last year, I don't think you'll find that I said many times that I thought that the company would secure "non-dilutive debt financing". Rather, I think you will find that on most every occasion I said what I thought would be "minimally dilutive equity financing", ie, some kind of convertible preferred financing, or perhaps a debt with warrants package with a total dilution of around 15%-20%, though closer to the 15%. Now, if the floorless convertible kicks in and many more shares are issued, then I will have been wrong and the total dilution will have been worse than I had estimated.

But it hasn't yet, and we haven't seen the terms of the next financing. I will certainly agree with you that, absent a contract or other significant event, the conditions of the forthcoming financing will give a good picture of what outsiders feel is the health and prospects of the company. So I guess I'll wait and see what transpires.

Here is one Larry Brubaker's posts (aka. noway on Yahoo). Larry can't you grow up a little. I know Zeev must be very disappointed with your behavior. BTW when I post on Yahoo I'm mjohnson81. THX

Mark Johnson.

<<I could of swore I heard a asshole talking.>>

You must be talking to yourself, Johnson. Comes from being buckled up so long you have lost circulation to your brain.

So what's the latest rumor? Is it the Go Book? Comdex? Energizer? Palm Pilot? Dell? Delphi?

You and your aliases are really hilarious. Yesterday you were excited because the SI thread was so quiet (must mean something). Today its Delphi saying they might produce a lp battery some day. The stock price goes up by a nickel and you are buckled up even tighter.

Do you think VLNC will have a product for sale this millenium? Besides stock certificates, I mean?>>>>
