Interesting chart on aqf, looks like it's waiting for something, no volume for a long time. Its ticker is scrawled on one of the sheets in front of me here, and the chart is familiar ... somebody, maybe you, must have mentioned it on Canadian Oils.

John Sladek and I were PMing back and forth about xcl a week or so ago, i keep meaning to look into it and still haven't ... it's a junior gold, and you know how they are -g- ... but on the face of it a compelling story, and on the short list now for sure. I was even on the bid for a few Friday, but it got away - #Subject-6937 ... well there's my magnanimous gesture for the week, usually i buy first -g-

Three SIers over here getting sued for an April Fools prank - #Subject-27856
.... t'aint right, imho.

Fixer,
You might be interested in this perspective.....regarding the Aber - Winspear dispute, it appears to me that many posters on this thread have been duped by the notion that equity law is applicable to the
Winspear-Aber Snap lake Joint Venture, participants and the JV agreement, and in terms of "what is fair"(that is what equity law is about)........that is exactly what Aber's lawyer, Mr. Shapray wants to happen....once you climb in that "box", and accept the premise, you are by definition, done for.....fortunately, I am told, in Canada, from a legal perspective, regarding resource joint ventures, equity law has no precedence in this matter.....the onus is on Aber to
maintain their equity as prescribed by agreement.......this is where the precedence lies in terms of prior judgements......the letter of the agreement will prevail......goodbye Aber.....(this is only my opinion as a lay person for discussion purposes)......
regards,
teevee
