As a republican I get a kick out of it when Bob mocks Al Gore(ithm). But I find it a little mysterious that he doesnt fess up to the fact that he is actually mocking him. When the caller on Sunday asked BOb what his problem with Al Gore was, Bob just replied that he had no problem and was just giving Mr. Gore his just do for being soooo creative.

Why wont Bob admit he is mocking Mr. Gore? I doubt anyone out there knows for sure, but I am curious to hear the thoughts on this one.

Thanks in advance

Marc: Re: "Theoretically could be a negative for the market or is my concern about the market negatively coloring everything I see? "

There seems to be a great demand for the GS shares so short term I don't think it will be a negative. Medium term, the offering could be seen in the rear view mirror as marking the top to this great bull run starting on October 8th of last year. As for your concern about the market in general, how could you be anything but concerned after Brinker's program this weekend <g>?

Now let's think about this a bit. Brinker could have done the exact program weekend after weekend since January. But we have not heard this level of concern for at least a month if not more. And so I would speculate that Brinker thinks the market is more ripe than ever for a correction. It may be weeks or months but Brinker may see the confluence of events forming a correction as more probable now than before.
