lee--- I think you pretty much covered it. I tried looking at it from both sides since I have had web contact with all three in one issue or another. Still trying to figure why BW wants to go to this extreme other than to gather enough publicity to refrain others from taking advantage of their lack of DD on articles. Knowing if they take the time to research all blurbs what they provide will not be timely news... they may feel they are covering their butt in the future.. They may feel providing the "news" on their activity will take care of the above and give them lots of additional "copy". Webnode 3 has stated his/her/its opinion which is ok, he/she/it has given few reasons why ok, but he/she/it is probably bordering on slander also. There are only 2 reasons I can see why this is so important to an individual; they took the "news" for the company and are in hot water OR they are disappointed they were unable to follow through and get in on the ground floor of nonsense, either way proving a lack of common sense. Since he/she/it notified the trio before the papers arrived it seems plausable the loudest or only complaint BW had.
