The last part is /19990502/wr/china_i Maybe someone else can post the article I found it by searching for 'internet' under full coverage news on Yahoo. The article states that China Infohighway is seeking foreign investment and has two firms selected. It specifically states that HRCT isn't either of the two. Ted

Sorry, I'm having trouble here. Two clarify, the article states that they are 'in negotiations with' two foreign firms and they deny that they have agreed to choose Harcourt. That is very different than saying they haven't chosen them. Ted
