NO, actually I don't think that was FRAUD on the part of Kelly. No intent, my friend! Even you can understand that principle - right? On the other hand, Janice, Jeffrey and Mr Bill knew BEFORE hand that the PR that they were about to release (and in fact - did release) was about a company that did not exist in any form or fashion, yet they went ahead and released their FRUADULENT" solicitation over Business Wire anyway.....That my friend is FRAUD!!!
