Paul, looking back on that email from AMD it was right on target. It's now Q2 and K6-III based boxes are available. The 400 MHz K6-2 DID ship in Q4, although clearly they weren't flooding the market. My own guess of mid-Q1 was about four weeks too optimistic.

The speed grades were (and are) looking good. It's yields that sucked.
