I think the Fed will take a close look at this one if T wins. Too much control. Shareholders of T are quite fickle with little vision. (HA!) It's a great move for T, no doubt, but shareholders already sold the stock off. There is not much downside risk though and if T falls further, I'll be buying T. The risk reward would be perfect!

For AOL/MSFT etc... to let this one go would be a major mistake. I think a deal is a must for AOL. I look for a premium to be paid equal to about $100 per Media One share.

Media one will make out well in the long term if they get T or AOL or MSFT stock!!!
