My problem with CPWR has othing to do with the stock price, as its probably a great buy right now. My issues are in the management of the company and the impending move. First, at the last company I worked, we had several of the younger programmers enticed away to CPWR on promises of working on new and intersting stuff - only to find thmselves stuck in Y2K fixit work. Everyone of them quit and asked for their jobs back (and they got them back). In my conversations iwth others who were applying for jobs, this seemed to be a universal experience. Second, I have a major problem with it moving to Detroit - all of the people who work there live in the 'burbs, and since the cityoffered no tax incentive to make the move, and since just about 100% of the people who work there will now have to join the commute downtown (not a fun experience), I don't see how it helps the company.
Last, they haven't produced any useable software for years now - they used to do a lot of it and goodwork, but in the past 5-6 years, have just made maintenace releases and a few disastrous things like report writers.

Trade the stock, but I would be wary of investing.
