try getting credit from Worden Brothers. They are probably worse- especially if you prepay and get bonus discounts. It may be different now but a few years back they were not too good. See if Dial data will give you credit. Check the competition. Let us know. We are always looking for responsive vendors. I have found only one so far.

You will need that good luck to find a better one. But since you suggested everyone leave QP, you will have a very lonely quest of impossible dreams. Since you have 15 years of experience, I assumed you had seen many data vendors and had made an educated choice with QP.

I am unaware of a time out on subscriptions, I am going on vacation next week, for 5 days of course when I come back, I will download those 5 days, do you mean I can ask for 1/4 of the month back even if I get the data? What if I didn't download wed but picked it up on thurs? one day at a time can add up. Do I keep track or do they? Is it a prearranged thing where you tell them in writing or over the phone that you don't want data for two months, but want it all when you come back?

Can I tell them that the service wouldn't work for me for those 5 days? What do I tell them the problem was? if I don't contact them, and seek help, am I to blame?
