OT Ever since TCI bought out VIACOM here is San Francisco my cable bill has gone up about 25% in less than 3 years with little or no increase in the number of channels without upgrading to their digital service which entails a monthly fee to rent the box in addition to a higher monthly rate. Am seriously thinking of checking out Direct TV at Circuit City but old habits die hard! Steve
