And Cramer has never bashed other analysts for making wrong calls? He has never rebuked and insulted other analysts?

Cramer bigger than me? This guy insults other people in his column every day. Me, I only insult Cramer. :-)

Shafik,

The roadshow is history and the deal looks to price monday nite for tuesday. Apparently they were on the road for 11 days and today's crowd was the biggest they had with about 140 people at the Plaza Hotel. Cramer of course was not there (only management) as he is merely an investor in TSC with 3.6 million shares and also an employee with a sweet $250K annual deal to put us inside his head every day. That does not include the Cramer Partners LLC stake that holds 2.5 million shares. At this time I would like to welcome Cramer's children to the lucky sperm club.

Lunch was some sort of poached salmon which is of course breaking with road show tradition of the infamous rubber chicken.

Shortly after I sat down our table was graced with the presence of that Adam Smith dude from "Adam Smith's Moneyworld" or whatever that show is that he has. He looks much older in person than he does on tv and was slamming the whole TSC deal/valuation before his elderly ass settled in to his chair. He spent most of the time sucking on a pipe that he whipped out but did not light. I think he might have a nicotine addiction and does not particularly like young people.

Somebody from Goldman introduced revenue and earnings (NOT!) estimates of $13.2 million in 1999 rev and $29 million of rev in 2000 with eps of...

never mind

their plan is to hit breakeven in the 4Q of 2001 and turn a profit in calendar 2002, assuming humankind survives the whole Y2K thing. Speaking of Y2K, in the prospectus they state they only had to spend $42,000 on Y2K remediation, which probably helps explain why Zitel is trading at a buck and change.

Kevin English also mentioned that they have entered into a JV deal with Murdoch's Fox network to produce a weekly hour long "TSC TV" show that will begin airing this summer. Brenda "Talking Head" Buttner will likely host this show which will showcase TSC staff each week. Apparently they are trying to appeal to a younger audience than Wall St Week with Louie, which has a viewership with an average age of 72 according to what they said at the meeting. Of course Adam Smith's show has even poorer demographics, which is to be expected seeing as his namesake is a dead guy.

Rumor has it that the lead-in to the show each week will be Cramer mudwrestling mr. mark. Can't wait for that. Maybe Taxikid can give Cramer a ride to the studio for each taping. Gratis.

Assuming Cramer does not show up here threatening to sue me I will fill in some more details tomorrow.
