Great Techies seldom ever have traded at reasonable P/E levels...what would have been a reasonable level?

I'm basically a value investor. So I'm the wrong person to ask.

I bought Dell on the selloff for a few reasons:

1. It's the clear, hands down winner in the PC sector. One is buying the best.

2. Its valuation ratios relative to other clear hands down sector leaders such as CSCO, INTC, MSFT, ... are still quite conservative.

e.g. 1/2 the PSRs, P/Bk, P/ Cash flow, ...

3. It added some balance to my portfolio.

FWIW,
Ian.
