Sklar was declared an "undesirable individual" and banned by the VSE around two years ago. It was the BCSC who suspended him for three years starting about a decade ago. OK, yes, I know Sklar has been sanctioned by so many entities it's hard to keep track, but this news kind of blows your "it was a long time ago theory" doesn't it. Bummer. - Jeff P.S. Oh, and by the way, we're talking actual sanctions not mere allegations. You seem to have a hard time distinguishing between the two.
