Hi Marty - I think you and INGVARD are definetely on to something. John Hwang is an enormous asset that makes such a scenario entirely feasible. And TSIG.com already has the corporate structure for such a deal to transpire. Accident ?? :~):~)

Hi Marty - on a separate note - I just wanted to say that many of us are anxiously waiting to hear from the Board of Directors (BOD) of TSIG.com regarding their decision to add you as a member.

Many shareholders went out of their way to make their voices heard and hopefully the BOD of TSIG.com takes into consideration the tremendous amount of support you have received for becoming a board member. I feel confident that TSIG.com will hear our collective voices and make the right decision. :~):~)

Regards,

Marty, it is indeed an interesting thought, however, no one is going to value Hwang's startup at 50M x 8 =400M, considering there are not yet any revenues. Perhaps they could get away with 15-20M shares at something like 6, if they can find an underwriter. While it could help TSIG substantially, I don't see it propelling us directly to the Nasdaq.

Still I think it is a terrific idea and if you have not already suggested it to the company, I hope you soon will.
