Schwab told me it was a bad print. Talked to a few other people who looked at the action that morning, and said that was likely the case.

I'm getting a little frustrated at this point, but I do get very good service which is important to me. When I need to talk with someone, I can do so without having to wait on hold for 15 minutes.
